Touchless Laundry card system Installed! No worries, coins still work, but now you can activate machines through the mobile app or via credit and debit cards! Sign up for the mobile app and get a $20.00 credit as well as earn free credits through the loyalty program!
Feb 2019:
Pool renovation. New filters, pumps and drain. A taller and secured access gate will be installed shortly after plaster is completed to keep young children from entering the pool area without adult supervision.

Painting of building completed. They did a great job for us!

New windows will be installed over the next week. Kitchen, living, bed and bathrooms all being changed out so please excuse the mess and thank you for your patience!

February 2018, we had a visit from the original owner. She gave a lot of history about the building during and after construction as well as details of the Tracy area as a whole. Much has changed since 1963
